This is the approximate layout Awd Tuts Cottage.

The layout is shown to give you an approximate indication of available room ratios and number of bathrooms etc.

The ground floor also has a small secure, private, ‘walled off’ patio area too. Outside table and chairs are supplied for your use. you can lock the gate to keep you and the cottage secure. There is a laundry room on the lower level. This can be used for storage of luggage or larger items. The laundry room is not an integral part of the cottage accomodation. It has its own separate access and door key.
