 Riverside Cottage sits right on the banks of the beautiful River Esk. This scenic location is on a tidal stretch of the Esk and the scene constantly changes along with the run of the tides twice each day. A stunning location for your holiday base. Ample free parking at Riverside Cottage




How to make a FULL WEEK BOOKING at Riverside Cottage

  • Firstly - please check on Riverside Cottage 'availability & price' page to see if the dates you want are available.

  • If they appear to be available - please pick here to make an enquiry and we will answer you shortly

  • Alternatively
    If the dates are available - you can email us or telephone to confirm that you want us to reserve the dates for you.
  • We will confirm the reservation back to you by email indicating the availability & the total price you will have to pay.

  • You will then need to fill in our booking form and send it to us by post with a £100 per week deposit or the full cost of your break. The full cost is due 8 weeks prior to your booked dates. We will hold the dates for 3 days whilst awaiting the booking form.

  • Firstly - please check on Riverside Cottage 'availability & price' page to see if the dates you want are available.

  • If they are available - please pick here to make an enquiry and we will answer you shortly

  • Use our 'SHORT BREAK CALCULATOR' to get a price for your short break.

  • If datesare available, make a note of the FULL WEEK price that your dates fall into.
  • If your dates cross into two separate price-bands - you will need to use the higher priced weeks price.
  • Put the FULL WEEK price into our short-break calculator to see exactly what your short-break will cost you.

  • You will then need to fill in our booking form and send it to us by post with a £100 per week deposit or the full cost of your break. The full cost is always due 8 weeks prior to your booked dates. We will hold the dates for 3 days whilst awaiting the booking form.
  • We will confirm to you each time we receive a payment from you.
  • When your balance is paid we will send you instructions of how to receive the cottage key and also directions to the cottage.
